🧵 Empulser: Power Unbound $CPT @EmpulserTech @patpltsang @ProductEMP @LaunchOnSoar (Longest thread I’ve posted to date, for one of the most bullish opps I’ve seen in Web3, since $BTC sub$1,000 🥹😂) The Energy Engine Revolutionizing a Trillion Dollar Market 🚀 Empulser is not just developing a product, they are deploying an entirely new energy infrastructure. They frame their work as a generational technology shift, positioning their Contactless Power Transfer (CPT) systems as the engine that will power the next era of automation, robotics, and logistics. ⚡️ Empulser's Core Technology: Developing advanced CPT solutions across key frequency types, allowing them to serve a full spectrum of energy needs from small consumer goods to heavy industrial machinery. Technology Stack: 3 distinct CPT methods Radio Frequency (RF): Designed for low power devices and immediate real world industrial safety sensors in markets like the U.S. and Asia. Resonance: An evolution of induction, targeting mid power applications such as consumer goods, robotics, and vehicles. Optical: Utilizing photons for higher energy transfer over longer distances, essential for next generation drones, helicopters, and cities. 📈 Market Potential: Empulser’s CPT solutions are targeting sectors with explosive growth, where wireless power is not just a convenience, but a necessity for operational efficiency and safety. Global Wireless Charging Market: The broader market is projected to surge from $6.4 billion in 2024 to $16.0 billion by 2029, reflecting a CAGR of 20.3%. Empulser’s unique ability to serve industrial (RF safety) and long distance (Optical) use cases positions it to capture the highest value segments of this growth. Drone and Robotics Infrastructure: The Global Drone Market alone is estimated at $73.06 billion in 2024 and is projected to reach $163.60 billion by 2030 (14.3% CAGR). Empulser is building the power infrastructure required for continuous flight and robotic operation, unlocking the true potential of autonomous fleets. Critical Industrial Applications: RF CPT safety sensors are already seeing deployment in critical environments like oil rigs, ambulances, and emergency services, providing immediate, validated access to the high margin industrial sector. 🛡️ The Competitive Edge: Safety and Design Empulser's competitive advantage lies in its philosophy: designing systems around the end use from the ground up, not as add on components. This is critical in the defense and aerospace sectors, which have expressed strong interest in their technology. Enhanced Safety Profile: The company directly addresses the major critique of existing energy laser systems, which are often described as invisible, uncontrolled, and reflection hazardous. Empulser is solving these issues with a system built for safety. 🎯 Investment Thesis: Scalability Unmatched Empulser’s architecture is scalable, allowing them to transition seamlessly from low power consumer electronics to city wide infrastructure. From Consumer to Grid: The long term vision positions Empulser across: Drone power, robotics energy delivery, airborne continuous power, and potentially segments of the future distributed energy grid. Team and Network: The team is globally distributed, with strong regional networks in Asia and the U.S. This global footing is essential for capturing market share in diverse geographies concurrently. 🛫The Soar DRP Advantage 🛫 @LaunchOnSoar @imtomcurry @Nic_Wenzel_1 Maximizing CPT's Growth Empulser’s potential is a perfect match for the Soar DRP structure, which is explicitly designed to ensure the digital asset's value reflects the real world growth of the issuing company. The DRP structure acts as a systematic, contractually bound mechanism to transfer that success directly to the investor. The core of the DRP is its mandate that the token must establish and maintain a "value relationship" directly tied to the company's performance. (1/2)

Let me explain exactly why every new subdivision in America looks like the top photo, because the math is wild. A mature tree increases a home's value by 7 to 19 percent. On a $400,000 house, that's $28,000 to $76,000. A single shade tree produces the cooling equivalent of ten room-size air conditioners running 20 hours a day. One tree on the west side of a house cuts energy bills by 12 percent within 15 years. The bottom photo is worth more, costs less to live in, and sells faster. This has been documented by the University of Washington, Clemson, Michigan State, and the USDA. The data is not in dispute. Removing those trees saves the builder roughly $5,000 per lot. Concrete trucks need twice the dripline radius of every standing tree. Utility trenches need flat ground. A bulldozer flattens 200 lots in an afternoon. Preserving trees adds weeks and thousands per home. So the developer pockets $5,000 in savings and the buyer eats $50,000 in lost value for the next two decades. The person making the decision and the person paying for it have never been in the same room. The Woodlands, Texas is the proof of what happens when they are. George Mitchell bought 28,000 acres of Houston timberland in 1974 and preserved 28% as permanent green space. He forced McDonald's to build behind the tree canopy. That McDonald's became one of the highest-volume locations in Texas. The first office building, designed to reflect the surrounding forest so you couldn't see it from the street, leased completely. The Woodlands median home price today: $615,000. Katy, a comparable Houston suburb that clear-cut: $375,000. Named #1 community to live in America two years running. Fifty years of data. The trees are worth more than removing them saves. Developers clear-cut anyway because they sell the house once and leave. You live in it for 30 years.

Delve, a YC-backed compliance startup that raised $32 million, has been accused of systematically faking SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance reports for hundreds of clients. According to a detailed Substack investigation by DeepDelver, a leaked Google spreadsheet containing links to hundreds of confidential draft audit reports revealed that Delve generates auditor conclusions before any auditor reviews evidence, uses the same template across 99.8% of reports, and relies on Indian certification mills operating through empty US shells instead of the "US-based CPA firms" they advertise. Here's the breakdown: > 493 out of 494 leaked SOC 2 reports allegedly contain identical boilerplate text, including the same grammatical errors and nonsensical sentences, with only a company name, logo, org chart, and signature swapped in > Auditor conclusions and test procedures are reportedly pre-written in draft reports before clients even provide their company description, which would violate AICPA independence rules requiring auditors to independently design tests and form conclusions > All 259 Type II reports claim zero security incidents, zero personnel changes, zero customer terminations, and zero cyber incidents during the observation period, with identical "unable to test" conclusions across every client > Delve's "US-based auditors" are actually Accorp and Gradient, described as Indian certification mills operating through US shell entities. 99%+ of clients reportedly went through one of these two firms over the past 6 months > The platform allegedly publishes fully populated trust pages claiming vulnerability scanning, pentesting, and data recovery simulations before any compliance work has been done > Delve pre-fabricates board meeting minutes, risk assessments, security incident simulations, and employee evidence that clients can adopt with a single click, according to the author > Most "integrations" are just containers for manual screenshots with no actual API connections. The author describes the platform as a "SOC 2 template pack with a thin SaaS wrapper" > When the leak was exposed, CEO Karun Kaushik emailed clients calling the allegations "falsified claims" from an "AI-generated email" and stated no sensitive data was accessed, while the reports themselves contained private signatures and confidential architecture diagrams > Companies relying on these reports could face criminal liability under HIPAA and fines up to 4% of global revenue under GDPR for compliance violations they believed were resolved > When clients threaten to leave, Delve reportedly pairs them with an external vCISO for manual off-platform work, which the author argues proves their own platform can't deliver real compliance > Delve's sales price dropped from $15,000 to $6,000 with ISO 27001 and a penetration test thrown in when a client mentioned considering a competitor

Hot take - every web2 business will integrate their rewards systems with web3 rails in the next 12-48 months to enhance customer service/rewards and onboarding. They’ll have too or else will be left behind, as usual capitalism facilitates this copy cat culture, once one discovers they will all follow Yes I’m talking about everyday companies @Tesla @Uber @lyft @SouthwestAir @JetBlue @NintendoAmerica @Xbox @PlayStation @ChickfilA @McDonalds @Starbucks @Target you name the company and they’ll have it An obvious moat I see for younger less mature companies is to leverage these same rails but to incentivize company/community growth through various ownership mechanisms. Yes you can implement various ownership mechanisms without coming close to violating the SEC security bullshit and howey test 😂💀 I’ve been chatting with various launchpads, in particular those hyper fixated with ownership mechanics. However, it’s clear as day they do not posses the appetite to help bring small businesses into their ecosystems as they view it as low liquidity. Most are searching for the next crypto rail project to shoot to a billion dollar eval, or ai/robotic startups that thrown shit together with a 3D printer and some ai slop code in hopes their robotic video captures mainstream attention/virality. Not relatable, scalable, and extremely niche…. One could say mainly chasing a moon bag to bring the platform discovery rather than strapping on the fucking good ole work boots and getting to work, pursuing true innovation/progress that is relatable to noncrypto natives (everyday users/people) One of the most common approaches launchpads say is “we’re recruiting the most talented devs in the world and are targeting hackathons/networking events at Ivy League schools @Harvard @Stanford etc…..” when I hear that I couldn’t be more bearish on the business development approach, for obvious logical reasons i won’t go into detail on. A great example is id like to pay to have a nice meal cooked for a corporate event, do I got to a culinary school to hire students learning how to cook? 😂 they could prob do a bomb ass innovative dish, perhaps even infuse flavor with a Sous Vide….but just as likely to forget simple shit like warmers to keep the food warm I’ve been chatting with a good friend of mine who leads business development at an engineering firm of less than 50 people. What’s fascinating is regardless of size they are landing contracts with more Mag7 companies than not, 7-8 figure contracts, @Google @Apple @nvidia @Microsoft etc His vision for web3 is absolutely fascinating and the strategies would cause a complete shitstorm in Web3 creating a massive transition of existing web2 companies to integrate web3, in the best possible way…. I can’t say much because I’d likely go missing but what I can say is we are very EARLY!! 🫡😶‍🌫️

I’ve been cranking out different products using stitch for the last month, reminded me of the early days of mid journey…. Don’t let the first wrong answer persuade you into never using the application, it’s more so likely a user error and misinterpreting the functionality of the various tools than it is google creating a worthless product 🫡 In the middle of cracking the code and adding various animations to the web/mobile apps using 5-10 different software to hit the desired end result, the products are in their infancy, use this time to become familiar not avoid

Depending on the desired edit cycle through the various models, for visual edits use nanos model if you use 3.1 or the pro models for a simple aesthetic/visual change you’ll get slop for sure and likely break previous functionality you implemented. I’ve been using stitch for a couple months and it’s insanely effective once you learn the constraints/limitations of each model
