If not, I have failed indeed. Has anyone’s burden been lighter today Because I was willing to share? Have the sick and the weary been helped on their way? When they needed my help was I there?

Depression hit me like lightning tonight. Just randomly. Sitting there with people I deeply care about and it just struck. Stopping myself there so I don’t say too much but man if you’ve experienced this I know how it is. It sucks.

After losing my family member this past weekend due to some health complications, I have a renewed sense of purpose in helping wrangle my health. So here is my goal I want to share with yall. 1. Get my weight down to 300lbs (been holding at 430-440lbs the past few years) 2. Train to run a 5k. 3. Be able to sit in a seat on an airplane without a seatbelt extender. 4. Walk through the bus yard without getting winded. 5. Be off ALL of my insulin and blood pressure meds by Xmas! I want to break the stereotype of being Samoan and overweight so I begin this journey and want to bring yall with me! It’s not gonna happen overnight and the changes I need to make is going to take time to adjust but I am hopeful and optimistic! This is what my goal is to look like this! #mauithebusdriver #busdrivermaui

@DadsClub99 The Spirit was incredibly strong during that process. As soon as the First Presidency stood, something happened that could not be denied.

I literally cried during the solemn assembly today.. I was In no way prepared to cry over it. It just came on all of the sudden. The spirit witnessed to me that Dallin H Oaks was called of God.

@DadsClub99 When I was a missionary [30 years ago], the Spirit told me the same thing very powerfully. I have never forgotten it, despite all of the other things in life I've forgotten.

D Todd Christofferson It is mercy to have more time to repent until the 2nd coming but we shouldn’t delay. Prepare diligently now so we may have peace when He comes. Acquiring the character of Christ is so important. A consistent and sustained effort is needed but the good news of the Gospel is we can call on the grace of Christ to help us. Love of Christ leads to all the other Christlike character traits. Be ready to immediately turn outward to help others. Discern the pain of others even during your own pain and spiritual distress. Pursue a life of moral excellence. Jesus acts and thinks out of pure love. We should strive for this too. Small choices over time change the world! #GeneralConference
