I think I just cracked the code on turning YouTube views into actual revenue. (My client made $22K from 4,200 views) Most Business owners treat YouTube like a content game: Post more videos. Chase trending topics. Hope the algorithm picks you up. We treated it like a client acquisition system instead. That changed everything. The results: → 119 Lead-form Submissions → 11 Qualified Calls Booked → $22,000 in revenue from a single video → Video ranked #1 for target keyword within 2 weeks Not luck. Not viral content. A repeatable system built around one thing: strategic value delivery. Here's how it works: 1. You research high-intent keywords your ideal clients actually search for. 2. Create one comprehensive "free course" video (45-90 minutes). 3. Pack it with so much value they see you as the obvious expert. 4. Optimize every element for search discovery. 5. Place strategic CTAs at the 30-40% mark when engagement peaks. 6. Guide viewers to a simple next step (book a call). 7. The video works 24/7 attracting qualified prospects. I wrote a 20 page document showing exactly how we did it. Follow me and comment “Blueprint” & I’ll send it over for free.

Started info because I was good at making people money. Very easy to lob opportunities to friends and fam and get them bringing in cash. Obviously it gets 100x more difficult at scale, especially at $1M/month. Been working with small groups directly as sort of a “mentor” since the start of this year making a fraction of the money, but infinitely more fulfilled. Got a handful of people from $3-5k/month range into the mid 6 figures a year. Had one dude who was about to lose his house and gave him a single client that’ll pay $14k/month. Been taking about a dozen 1:1s a week just Rick Rubin-ing these people’s careers and I feel amazing. NEVER felt this when I was robbing the fucking bank making high 6/low 7s a month scaling a big coaching program. Genuine happiness for everyone I work with being able to make a bigger impact than just running one group call a week and spending my time filming 50 ads a month. Very grateful for the position I’ve found myself in lately.

I have delivered 1B+ marketing emails. Most brands KNOW their email list is a safety net against rising ad costs. Yet, most brands I audit are having the same problem: Getting those emails into the primary. What they don’t understand about deliverability: The longer you ignore it, the harder it becomes to fix. Because poor deliverability compounds. That's why I built a step-by-step deliverability recovery guide and I'm giving it away for free. Inside, I’ve gone over: - Why your emails are landing in spam (behavioural and technical reasons broken down) - The exact segments to create for a deliverability reset - A 3-step recovery process you can implement in 14 days - How to get subscribers to reply to your emails (the single fastest way to fix sender reputation) - A plug-and-play "competition email" framework that generates hundreds of replies Want in? - Comment "INBOX" - Follow me (so I can DM it to you) I'll send it over ASAP. PS - If your open rates are below 40%, this guide should be the first thing you fix before touching anything else in your email strategy.

Last month our ROAS was 3.5x. MTD our ROAS is sitting at 8.9x (permanent Christmas lights). Two things I've changed: - confirmation video explaining our biggest objection - value based email sequence (3/day) Next I'm adding a content remarketing campaign with 20-30 short form videos and a few long form videos to shorten our sales cycle. shoutout @TheJeremyHaynes & @evanseech

One of our clients booked 14 calls in 10 days on LinkedIn using GojiberryAI. They sell data protection services (GDPR, ISO 27001) to founders across Europe. To identify high-intent prospects, they tracked engagement (posts, likes, comments) around these keywords: - AML / KYC / KYB - Data protection (GDPR, ISO 27001) - Compliance automation - On-chain risk detection - SaaS compliance - Legal & regulatory tech Execution: 500 LinkedIn invitations sent (across 2 profiles) 240 invitations accepted 100 replies 14 demos booked (so far) Total cost: $99 Cost per demo: $7.07 For a service priced at $3,000+, that’s a strong ROI.

For all you weak mfs complaining about working on the weekends… It helped me get a supercar lol So imma keep locking tf in and running you all into the ground 💀 Same with our whole group ⭕️
Evan Seech | Ads & Funnels@evanseech

You should work weekends. In fact. Between 0 and $10K/month there is no such thing as a "weekend." There is only: 1. I am doing high ROI activities 2. I am working out 3. I am sleeping. Harsh truth for you guys.

working on something insane right now and looking at how time flies. This was 2 days before I quit my sales job at PayPal as an AE. 24 years old. June 17 2021. Making ~$150K a year. A year and 5 months later, I was doing over $100K/month with $91.8K MRR. All you need is focus.

Editing is the most overlooked function when it comes to creating a VSL. If you have a great offer and “perfectly” scripted VSL that isn’t converting... 9/10 times it’s because of poor editing. Thing is… Most people just don’t know WHAT to edit. So they use: - cheesy stock footage - slow zoom effects - corporate training video music. That said, I’m giving away our editing SOP. It’ll show you exactly how we edit VSLs that hold attention, build trust, and convert. Inside: (1) Hook development system for the first 3-5 seconds (2) When to use overlays, captions, and retention edits (3) The exact audio and lighting standards we require before editing (4) Caption and overlay systems for talking head vs. slide-based VSLs (5) The complete retention optimization framework (how to keep viewers watching to the end) BONUS: Real examples from winning VSLs (Listkit, Care Catalyst, Blake Capital Group) If you want to get it… Comment "SOP" And I'll send it over. (must be following for DM)

I've produced over 533 B2B YouTube videos in the past 2 years. These videos have generated hundreds of thousands of views... But more importantly - hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue for my clients. One client made $28K from a SINGLE video. Another scaled from 17K to 75K/month with our YouTube funnel. And after analyzing all 533 videos, I found the 3 video types that drive 90% of results. (the top guys in the business space are all using these exact same formats) Thing is... Most people are still creating generic how-to videos that get zero traction. But when you know these 3 video types, you can build a channel with an unfair advantage. And book an extra 10-30 calls per month from YouTube alone. I just recorded a full breakdown of the entire system: Plus real examples, execution frameworks, and the exact research process we use. Same system that helped clients generate $30K+ from single videos. If you want it: Comment "YOUTUBE" And I'll send the full training.

I don't know if anyone else feels this way, but something shifted this week. It's hard to describe. Like the first time a new technology clicks and you realize you're not looking at an upgrade - you're looking at a reset. That's how this felt. Spun up a Clawd bot running 24/7. Took hours - GitHub, messaging systems, breaking and fixing things. I'm pretty technical and it still took real effort. That's the filter. That's the moat. 99% of people won't even attempt the setup. Half of those who do will quit halfway through. Everyone's getting access to the same AI tools. The tech isn't the edge. Orchestration is. Wiring it together in a way that actually compounds in your specific corner of the market. The jobs I thought AI would eat in 2-3 years? That timeline just collapsed.
