@SouthwestAir @SiebeUS My family had the same situation - my 7-year old was quite excited for her flight to Orlando with a window seat. It was difficult to explain why only her "window" seat did not have a window! 😢

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We understand how frustrating it must feel to select and pay for a window seat, only to find that there isn’t actually a window at that location. That’s certainly not the experience we want for our Customers. On some aircraft, the placement of windows can vary slightly due to aircraft configuration, exit rows, or structural spacing between seats. That said, we know expectations matter—especially when a specific seat type is selected. We truly appreciate you calling this out. Feedback like yours helps us identify where seat maps and onboard layouts may not be aligning as clearly as they should, and we’ll be sure to share your comments with the appropriate teams for review. @Lead2Support @MCPS I still remember my school bus 🚌 driver from the first 4 years of elementary school. Mr. Prather was the best. He wore a cap everyday and when he retired we gave him a new one.

This is Mr. Carlos🚌 He’s been driving our neighborhood route for more than a decade. He’s the person the kids see first & makes them feel safe & comfortable as they make their way to and from school. School bus drivers are so important! Celebrate yours! @MCPS
