The establishment will try to cancel you anyway they can… Because I Responded “no” to accepting money from a certain religious group it’s “beyond unacceptable” from someone who can never get close to the motion I have… To “filler corn hole” I wouldn’t accept “Arab money” either - I’ll only accept American money. Link below to donate:

1/2 This is beyond unacceptable. It is despicable. A candidate for the United States Senate in VA, was asked if he was taking “Jew money.” Instead of forcefully rejecting the blatantly antisemitic language, he simply said no.

Take a moment from your day and open your heart to read about the struggles of this American venture capitalist billionaire who feels deep sadness and abandonment because he hears criticisms of Israel. He describes the horrific persecution of being Jewish in modern-day America:

A few years ago, the official away jersey switched to the grey with the Dodgers wordmark, and the grey with Los Angeles wordmark became a sparsely used “alternate”. This blue is being added to the alternates. The offish away is still grey-Dodgers and alts are: city connect, grey-Los Angeles and blue-Los Angeles

@DavidBCollum Ooooh, I know this one! The main difference between capital punishment for acts of terrorism and the gas chambers that the Nazis used, is that the Israeli government is not using the gallows to mass murder millions of innocent people.

@ryangrim Curious that everyone of your ilk is omitting the key portion of that law, which has nothing to do with ethnicity and everything to do with NON CITIZENS ENTERING ISRAEL ILLEGALLY TO COMMIT ACTS OF TERROR.

Deeply irresponsible segment that asserts without pushback that Hasan “and his ilk” can not possibly have legitimate criticisms of Israel but are merely trying to smuggle their “Jew hatred” into the discourse in the guise of antisemitism. Not once is it mentioned that Israel just today implemented the death penalty but only for Palestinians. Good on Donie for getting Hasan’s response in there but the panel discussion and comments from Tapper are just obscene, especially today.

Uh yeah sure man. It’s easy for me to condemn the acts of this extremely tiny infinitesimal part of the Jewish community. And it’s easy for me to denounce Jewish terrorism in general (cuz it basically doesn’t exist). It’s also easy for me to denounce the Jewish Defense League (cuz they’re psychos). Now, please explain to me why it’s so hard for Muslims and terror sympathizers to denounce Hamas?

Following this foiled terrorist plot, I assume all of my fellow Jews will have to answer the questions “Do you condemn the Jewish Defense League” and “Do you condemn Jewish terrorism” just like every Muslim was asked about Hamas, right?

No Mehdi. He’s calling out the double standard in tweet tone and velocity. It’s actually telling how quickly and rabidly your crowd has been on this topic. Hundreds of thousands of deaths by the death cult and barely a word, if not outright defense. But the first Jewish-linked terrorist in decades and all of sudden it’s the rapture. Spare me your double standard bullshit as well

@jvgraz @moorehn Hahaha. Yeah I guess the whole section where they discussed how their chat shouldn’t be on WhatsApp because it was owned by Zuckerberg wasn’t anti-Semitic. Or the part where they claimed the Golders Green attack was false flag wasn’t the LeAsT BiT aNtIsEmITiC.

I read the article so you don't have to. Of course, not one exchange included in the article is the least bit antisemitic. The people called "an abomination on this planet" were the specific Jewish supremacists hounding Dr Rahmeh Aladwan and attempting to ruin her life. I hope the Green Party pushes back hard on this.

That’s it. People have stopped answering their phones. So now what? It’s all-hands-on deck to find deals right now for our team, and I’ve joined them to cold-call brokers. Out of 10 calls I made yesterday - zero picked up. So I leave a voicemail: “Good Morning. My name is Don Tepman, I’m a principal, and we buy strip centers. I know that’s your focus - we’ve bought 45 of them, and we buy them all cash. Would love to find a way to work together. Please give me a call when you have a moment. Thanks so much.” 2 out of 10 called me back. If you try to reach people via cold-email, many of those go to a spam or promotions folder. People are staring at their phone all day but they’re not using it to actually be on the phone. So it begs the honest question, how exactly do you build new relationships in this new environment? How do you grow your business when the telephone and email are no longer tools you can count on? How do you get people’s attention at scale? I guess since people are scrolling social media every day - I guess that’s the only place you can really reach them and relay your message with any type of scale. In many ways, the cold-call might be dead.

@INArteCarloDoss @nntaleb Yes, after years (decades) of lying, propagandizing, human shielding, zero accountability, thievery, and pissing on good will, most in the west just simply don’t care about Hamas affiliates and their families. The claims are unfounded and unproven by the way. Just more lies.

The fucking audacity these people have. They spend years vaporizing innocent people that they regard as sub-human, incinerating and starving entire families, starting wars, and then think the world will see them as pity-inducing victims the minute anyone fights back.

Just took on management of this 18 unit in Van Nuys. We had nicer planters but people kept destroying them. We put these in and handfuls of the rocks kept getting thrown across the courtyard. Any suggestions? Preferably comical AI photos.

@thebasemint1 @NYCMayor Don’t give him too much credit. This is just copying LA’s policy from a few years ago. That policy did increase housing stock, but did not meaningfully affect rents citywide

I'll give you credit for this idea because creating more inventory and not pushing rent control is how you fix housing issues. ***BUT you're also jacking up property taxes which kills incentives for people to build these. What you should do is offer 0 property tax increases for 10 years on anyone who builds an ADU in 2026-2027.

If you own a home with a basement, attic, or backyard, chances are you’ve thought about using it to earn a little extra income or as space for a loved one. We want to make it as easy (and affordable) as possible for you to do that. NYC recently legalized ADUs — but for too many New Yorkers, they’re still tied up in bureaucracy and expense. We're fixing that. Our new toolkit at nyc.gov/aduforyou includes preapproved building plans and a financing calculator so you can get right to building. If we want New York to remain a city for everyone, we have to make it easier for homeowners to stay here. ADU for You will do just that.

Let’s talk reality. A Jewish baby born today in a West Bank community will have full rights in Israel, a vote in national elections, and access to civilian courts; a Palestinian baby born in that same community will have no democratic rights, tight restrictions on their movement, frequent harassment from settlers, and no access to justice beyond what Israel’s unaccountable military courts mete out. That’s apartheid.
