I’m at my wits end with @Cigna going from person to appeal to 800 number and getting no response with reimbursment for an in-network expense. It’s been 12+ months of chasing and getting nowhere. Any advice? My next move is a certified letter to the CEO or a legal complaint.

I am extremely disappointed as a long-time (20+ years), loyal @Apple product user. I rely on their products to conduct business, but if their products are no longer reliable, perhaps it's time for my and my business to move on.

There does not appear to be any urgency on @Apple's part to resolve the issue or a way to be compensated for my time and energy to fix a problem that I have no control over.

The new iPhone is costing me the purchase price and @apple care costs, time in failed setup, time in support calls, missed and continuing business opportunities and the possibility of turning in my old phone for a trade-in credit.

@Apple I need my phone and data to run my business. I have lost 4 days of work without my equipment. To get the old phone working again, Apple is punting me back to AT&T. This means spending another several hours waiting on the line for support.

I was unaware of the problem until I tried to verify my address. Now I can't use my old or new phone. A Sr. @Apple Advisor elevated my concern to the engineers. It has been 4 days with no progress. I have been advised it will be at least another 2 before I receive another update

I paid full price for an iPhone 14 on 12/31/22, and took it home to set it up. I started the process and transferred the eSIM to the new phone. I could not complete the setup due to an issue with my @Apple ID. Someone used my information to create a second, bogus apple ID.

Is anyone else experiencing an inability to change their recurring buy amounts in @CoinbaseSupport @coinbase ?? Customer support is getting me nowhere. I'm unable to adjust automatic withdrawals. It's starting to feel like robbery.
