We have perfectly good tech that can help increase your framerates and visual fidelity. We have tonemapping, and tons of post processing options.
DLSS5 has no place. There was nothing wrong with previous scaling tech, it looks perfectly good without hallucinating the artwork.

There is no doubt I come across as mister contrarian. But that's prob because I think most people on gaming twitter are mister performative.
I think this shit is cool.
NVIDIA has already said if devs want to they can have it so their games don't use it. It's simply another option for devs and- frankly- given how much some people demand bleeding edge visuals- it seems a nice leg up for some AA teams (who have games that are better than AAA but don't have the budget for that visual fidelity).

@SmojiiTTV Maybe take inspiration from how cloaking worked in Reach? But instead of your minimal going haywire while cloaked you hear an interfering sound. Whirring or buzzing maybe. Basically the cloaked player gets to be invisible but the game takes away their ability to hear enemies well

I 1000% agree assassin's ult and invis should be swapped and it should be a single large smoke.
His ult should make him invis and gives him increased clarity in smoke for like 20 seconds but have a dumb long cool down.
They could just remove his third ability and make him just go invis for if he just stands still like drax in guardians of the galaxy. Idk his third ability is lowkey useless most of the time.

I kind of feel like Assassin's abilities should be reversed. Invisibility (especially in an extraction shooter) having a much lower cooldown than a bunch of smoke grenades seems backwards to me. Just a thought I had, don't come for me.

At the end of the day the specs will be irrelevant. PS6 will sell 2 to 3 times more units and games will optimize for PS not the allegedly more powerful "Xbox"
