@manojpandey66 it's not the presenters problem... it's the organizers who don't keep proper slots aside for this important session. This is a common issue at Indian meetings. whatever meetings i have attended abroad.. poster sessions are a minimum of 2h and not clubbed with lunch/ tea breaks

@ankurjam bureaucracy is there for a reason and that is not the problem. the main issue is the mindset of the implemeters. Many sitting at the levels of Directors and HODs don't want to take any responsibility. they want to act as mear managers and play safe. this is the root cause
