I blame @AmexIndia for the fraud. The fraudster used my card details to make a purchase on @bigbasket_com . I reported the fraud to @AmexIndia within 1 min of the transaction, if they would have holded the transaction, my money would have been safe @RBI @Cyberdost

there are a lot of things unclear here 1. Which card was used 2. How did they convince you to share the screen Do explain this , meanwhile 1. File a chargeback with bank 2. Cybercrime complaint should've been filed in the first 3 hours & call 1930 3. Raise it with HSBC 4. Switch off international transactions on any card which were shown during screen sharing
