And… Read this article if you dare “Hunt spent £1.4bn on NHS redundancies - then spent £3.9bn filling the gaps with temporary agency staff in the NHS – tripling costs in just 3 years” And of course, the private firms that cleaned up are Tory-linked. opendemocracy.net/en/ournhs/tory…

Loan Charge Action Group [LCAG]
"We do need to make a fist of restricting the scope of any review" MP's who believe #LoanCharge Review was independent and final word should consider facts revealed by deluge of #FOI's. twitter.com/FairMinistry/s…

Ministry of Fairness@FairMinistry

New FOI confirms, once again, how determined Treasury and HMRC were in their attempts to restrict the scope of the supposedly “independent” #LoanCharge review. @loanchargeAPPG @MartinSLewis @ApsanaBegumMP

Loan Charge & Taxpayer Fairness APPG
A powerful piece in @MoneyTelegraph on how #HMRC cynically exploits taxpayer funding to pursue dubious legal cases, as well routinely ignoring its duty of care. We need #taxpayerfairness & legislation to enshrine this to protect citizens from an out-of-control tax authority.

Doug’s Dinner As HMRC was celebrating that Doug Barrowman’s “company which has aggressively promoted tax avoidance schemes in the UK for years has been fined £150k for failing to provide HMRC with legally required information” Spain was prosecuting Barrowman for tax fraud. /1

Michelle Mone @guardian After alleged £102m fraudulent profit from PPE MEDPRO the couple had a spending spree...buying properties, a yacht, a private plane, properties in her children's names. Most of which is now for sale. Rumour is they're running away. Who can stop them?

@DLTagtax @Stephen62932411 @DrOsitaMba Thank you David. The CoA ruled that s684(7A)(b) permits any previous PAYE failure by an employer can be waived, with the consequence that the tax is now collectible from employee. The logical consequence is that this can now be applied in any open case since PAYE was introduced.

Rishi Sunak's faux 'shock' at taxpayers’ cash being handed out to Conservative cronies is laughable. He was Chancellor at the time #pmqs

It’s just the tip of the iceberg. The Tories’ VIP lane for PPE saw taxpayers’ money handed out to their cronies like confetti. Experienced British businesses offered to help - but were left out in the cold. Never again.

In 1994 @thecharlatans accountant stole £300k from us and had faked our taxes for 7 years. We ended up owing £1.9Million. We didn’t earn money from any of our gigs for the next 10 years. He went to prison. Now let’s see what happens to those PPE fraudsters who stole from us all
