Hi @Ofcom! I thought that @ThreeUK had to provide a PAC code immediately upon request?! I have been asking for one all day but I’m yet to receive it. What next steps would you recommend in order to resolve this?

@ThreeUKSupport So I can take this as confirmation that today there is no way of you providing me (or any customers) with a way of leaving you, whilst retaining my phone number?

@ThreeUKSupport The app just says ‘oops looks like something has gone wrong’ and the sms service just responds with ‘oops we can’t process your request’! Do you not have any manual contingency for this in order to fulfil your ofcom obligations?

@DickyHenderson We get your frustration, Richard. What happens when you request it using one of those options? Do you get an error? We wouldn't be able to generate the PAC on chat right now, as a technical issue is impacting some processes. We're working to fix this within 24 hours -Kirsty

@ThreeUKSupport Yes both!! Then I spoke to someone via online chat who said he was unable to help and thanked me for my understanding?!? I want to take advantage of a time limited offer with another provider and I’m currently unable to do this!
