We've loved @DinnerlyUS for years and had some delicious meals delivered. They restarted my cancelled subscription, billed me, then shrugged it off. Their billing is predatory. Customer service would be improved with a robot rather than a human reading a script. #DinnerlyDisaster

Tried my first @DinnerlyUS meal: General Tso's chicken with rice & broccoli. Kids loved it! Prep was easy but took ~1hr vs. 40min estimate. Planning 4 meals/wk for a month to escape our food rut. Solid start! #MealKits

@DinnerlyUS orders have been coming after 8pm for the past month when usually 11am. Forcing us to come up with something else for dinner. This week no delivery AT ALL, yet we paid. Supposed to be here Monday before noon, it's now Tuesday 6pm. No dinnerly. Unacceptable. Fix it!
