@Fictiontokk That's kind of the point though. He WAS evolving.. then Gunn DE-volved him back the goofy 1970s version. And with the prominence of a major movie, that's what gets set in the zeitgeist. So we are now back to "Super Friends" Superman again.

Truth is, whether you prefer Henry or David, a lot of you need to grow up when it comes to Superman. You attach yourselves to a singular version of the character and demonize anything that’s different. Let the character evolve.

@toddladams77 @StarWarsDaily_ So it’s your expectations that prevent you from enjoying it as others do. You want more. You expect more. That’s entitlement. This was meant to be a gateway for all audiences to experience these characters. Bogging it down with lore only serves the hardcore fans.

@Doctor_Omega @StarWarsDaily_ It was a fun movie, but its story felt too isolated from what’s happening with the larger story or from the events of the 3 seasons of the show. I’d expect a Star Wars theatrical release to top that and give us something that leaves us wanting more.

Have you seen The Mandalorian and Grogu movie?

If you could change one thing about Rogue One what would it be?

@StarWarsDaily_ They hate everything. I enjoy most things. Except the sequels and Andor. Star Wars is made for 12 year old boys per George. So "Adult Star Wars" CANNOT exist. Whatever Andor was, it's not Star Wars.

You’re born onto a planet you never asked to exist on… and society immediately hits you with: “Okay, now go earn the right to eat, sleep, rest, and have shelter.” Like… zoom out for a second. We’re floating on a rock in infinite space and we created a game where you have to spend most of your life working just to not starve or freeze to death. The whole concept is actually insane when you think about it.

Not a huge fan of this suit, looks oddly built for his body size and like an early 2000s thing afraid to embrace comics colors. That said, I theorize it’s an early suit on Hal and we’ll see a more authentic, satisfying suit by the end of the show.

@Shiro_youtube_k 7 was passable. Killing Solo was a huge mistake. 8 had no direction from the studio or Abrams, so he just kind of had to go make his own film. 9 was awful. The original plan was so much better. Honestly, just do chracter intros from 7, play 8 and that should be the end of it.

@Thebiglade Time with the people you love. Something meaningful - a song, some art. A project you spend time on for someone, regardless of what it is. You can clean someones deck and have it mean something if they really needed it and you were really thinking of them.

Eu teria opiniões supercinéfilas sobre Mandaloriano e Grogu, mas assisti com minha filha de 7 anos. Ela com uma pelúcia do baby yoda no colo, dando risada com o Grogu e apertando minha mão nas cenas mais assustadoras. Minha perspectiva sobre o filme será pra sempre baseada nisso.
