@Selfridges still not getting satisfactory customer service. After multiple fruitless emails I called the phone number - apparently “the system was down” and I was told to call back!

@Tesco my delivery was just cancelled for bad weather but I have already been charged. As a result I will incur costs on my credit card - foreign currency exchange and any discrepancy in exchange rate between the two transactions. How can I be reimbursed please?
Good evening @AmericanAir am presently on a three hour hold hoping to rebook to an earlier flight home from MAD to MIA (currently scheduled for Saturday). Is the phone reservation system the only way to make the change. Many thanks.
@British_Airways BA 2233 delayed once again (4 1/2 hours). I suppose everyone should be grateful that it wasn't cancelled though. Looking forward to receiving the usual platitudes expressing disappointment and regret, and directing us to the EU compensation page.

@parcelforce I tracked it to the customs office, emailed, eventually got a response. Have now paid the duty and hope parcel will arrive tomorrow. That is a lot of effort not to mention cost. This is NOT an efficient service. And I paid $20 extra for express delivery.
@parcelforce will never use again. Posted parcel to UK ahead of my arrival to save carrying extra luggage. 3 weeks later am back in Bermuda, have paid over $200 total and parcel still has not arrived.
