First Nedmeds sending the expired product and on report not initiating the replacement instead just refunding Rs 10 as refund for the product worth Rs 50. @MoHFW_INDIA how can I report this to the ministry of health? Please help.

@UIDAI @UIDAILucknow has neither corrected my Date of Birth nor reviewed the documents submitted during enrollment. The response received merely states a general demographic update policy and does not address my specific queries or the enrollment error reported by me.

@ceo_uidai @mygovindia I have booked an Aadhar appointment and provided the correct date of birth and also submitted my Birth Certificate as proof, @UIDAI generated Aadhar with an incorrect DOB. Are @UIDAI checking the document correctly or not. How to report to higher official?
