Two supplements I experimented with in 2022 that's been game changing for my health-- LDN and Metformin. And they are so cheap. What should I try next?

@Camp4 Look up rents on Zillow in HCOL area, then look up selling prices for the same area and run numbers on 30 yr mortgage. Mortgage payment much greater than rent. Even when assuming 30% down. Even in this low interest rate environment.

@DroLiJst This sounds anecdotal - do you have date to back this up? Most landlords charge based on current market values, not the price they paid.

@Camp4 Lost me with this assumption. In HCOL areas, renting is easily cheaper than paying for a mortgage for the same or similar property. The landlords that are profiting bought many years before the current price appreciation.

So a monthly rent payment will almost always be higher than the cost to own the same place. But for sake of this analysis, let’s assume the monthly cost of renting & owning are the same.

@GeorgeGammon My understanding is that prior infection makes for a cellular immunity. This yields a type of global immunity to many strains. Existing mRNA vaccines are targeted to ~a specific variant . BTW, Italy entrance requirement: either vaccine card OR proof of prev infection !

🔴 We constantly hear about hospital capacity being stressed bc 99% of those hospitalized are unvaxed. Why don’t they break numbers down further to find how many unvaxed are hospitalized w/natural immunity from prior infection? Bc this would destroy the vax mandate narrative.
