@CoachFHM Definitely! I’m still trying to get lean up front though, then will move to a small surplus. Reckon I’m 16-17% body fat. Do you think I should stop at 15% or get a bit leaner?

I always tell people this. You can legit drop about 5-10lbs of body fat in a month. Could take you 1-2 years to even gain 5lbs of muscle. Shows where you should spend the majority of your time.

@FPL_Crumble That's my thinking too. Take a -8 or even -12 and make up the points with the extra players and bring in players who are good going forward.

So I’ve got something to share too. On the 28th November, which was two days after the embarrassing defeat to PSV at Anfield, I received information. I only shared this with 2-3 people. As you know my connections are much stronger through the academy. There was a meeting with coaches from all levels at the club in which Slot directed his style and that there was to be no in-between systems nonsense anymore. Apparently it was an eye opener for all to the point that certain youth players have been highlighted to be “better options” than some first team players but, management are worried exposure may hurt them in this period. Only in the past few days @LewisBower2021 suggested Arne Slot & his coaches will take a deeper look into the academy and be further involved. Which is backing up the information. From what I was told it sounded like Slot and Sipke were set to play a ruthless game which, I believe has triggered from their recent meeting with Hughes & Co. which happened the day before.
