@avis You just lost a customer that spends Tens of thousands of dollars with you every year. Charging me a $125 fee because there was a little mud on the side of the car and saying the car has to be spotless when returned is ridiculous. I'm coming back @enterprise

@Enterprise You took €2072 following damage to a car I hired. I was found not at fault by the insurance. It’s been 3 months without refund. Nobody is responding to my emails, and the call centres say it could be a year before I get paid. I’m struggling to feed my children.

Rented with @Enterprise registered the vehicle with the toll agency as instructed and still got hit with missed toll fees from three months ago. I provided proof, but I’m being told to pay anyway. Why am I responsible for system/processes outside of my control?

@Enterprise sadly they have consistently declined in service and cleanliness of their cars. Understand things change but to rent a vehicle with windows dirty, interior dusty and trash inside seat pouches it so not acceptable. Please go back to your standards from years past!

Very disappointed with @enterprise and @enterprisecare #Zurich charged £1,528 for damage on a hire car I returned in the same condition as I took it on 4 March. Reading reviews on X and Reddit, I’m not the only person to be charged for damage they didn’t cause.

I have been calling @Enterprise now for 3 days, I have a reservation for a 15 passenger van. They told me call every couple hours to see when it comes in. I have been calling every 3 hours since Wednesday. I’m still waiting for my van to arrive, it’s been 3 days! Please help!

@swcreorg Was this your rental? There would be taxes and facility charges. The county fees vary depending on location but are not hidden fees. You would see any tax before reserving if going through Enterprise. Please DM the RA# and branch If we can assist you. Chris M

@Enterprise You have sent me to THREE different Enterprises promising there would be a car there and avaliable and every time so show up it’s not avaliable. I asked to speak to a specific store and was told could only speak to reservations. Now we’ve wasted tons of money on Ubers.

Rented a car with two car seats from @enterprisecares @Enterprise , not cheap. Not a problem with it. My problem is the fact that the first one had throw up on it and the second had to be taken a part because the straps were so tangled. Horrible experience
