今天的状态是一边小额的刷着@variational_io适应点差模式，一边继续查阅var的各种资料。 两个感受，第一是习惯了点差模式后其实很爽，每笔下0.1btc几乎可以把“手续费”控在十万分之二以内，考虑到止损时有2-3%概率的亏损补偿，var的费率其实已经非常低了。第二个感受是查阅了一堆资料后惊叹var最近数据的进步其实是一种必然，这和他们在规划业务上有清晰的逻辑、强大的技术以及算法做市商背景分不开，另外var的融资背景非常强，去年年底收到了Bain、Peak XV（红衫旗下）、Coinbase、Dragonfly等多家知名机构的投资（当时估值为千万刀） 怎么说呢，坚决不fomo，但var这个注我肯定要跟着@Metabape重重的call一次

I’d like to offer some suggestions from a user’s perspective, and I hope you’ll take them into consideration.​​ ​1. On Product – Valuing Details Alongside Innovation​ I truly appreciate how innovative BP has been, but I believe some finer details still need more attention. For instance, in the mobile app: There are no ​hang-up marker lines or cost indicator lines​ on the K-line charts. The ​UI is not very user-friendly when placing orders. There’s no ​one-click close-all or one-click reverse trading​ functionality. We’ve provided feedback on these optimization suggestions repeatedly, but many of them still feel like they haven’t received proper attention. While aiming for ambitious long-term goals, I hope the team can also focus on ​fine-tuning the user experience. Small, consistent improvements can go a long way—progress can be steady and incremental. ​2. On Brand Communication – Showing Empathy Amid Volatility​ During this recent market turbulence, I personally suffered significant losses on my SOL spot positions due to the ADL mechanism. After carefully studying BP’s liquidation logic, I rationally acknowledge that ​the mechanism itself is sound, and it’s correct for an institution to remain neutral. However, when facing users who have been impacted, I hope BP can show ​more warmth and understanding. I’ve noticed that much of the FUD circulating online revolves around issues like liquidations or the so-called “KFC problem.” While some of these claims are one-sided or taken out of context, I believe BP could ​spend less energy debating them​ and ​focus more on how to quickly reassure and support users who were hurt in this round of market turmoil. ​3. On Future Development – Turning Challenges into Opportunities​ This extreme market event has been a major stress test for BP. Through it, I’ve seen some of BP’s strengths—no bad debts, no system crashes—which is commendable. But I’ve also noticed areas for improvement, such as ​liquidity gaps​ and ​notable price deviations in certain trading pairs, which have led to substantial losses for many users. Some have even lost their principal and chosen to leave the platform. I remember you once mentioned that the ​points system was designed precisely because we know early-stage products often have shortcomings, and users may face unpleasant experiences. Therefore, points are meant as a gift to our early contributors. Right now, when many friends have either lost their entire capital or are facing significant losses and feeling lost, I hope BP can ​make good use of this “gift” of points. Perhaps consider ​accelerating the TGE ​—for example, launching it in S3 or at the very latest by the end of S4—to allow the value of points to materialize sooner. This would give users a chance to recover and re-engage. Additionally, for users who faced large-scale liquidations this time, I suggest offering some ​conciliation compensation—for instance, allocating ​10 million points​ as a gesture of goodwill. Those who’ve suffered losses need reassurance, and when BP extends a helping hand in tough times, the community will grow even fonder of the platform. An earlier and clearer TGE timeline would also help our key metrics rebound more smoothly and allow us to regain momentum sooner. It would also pave the way for future ​platform token empowerment across various services. Beyond that, ​improving liquidity as soon as possible is critical. Perhaps it’s time to introduce features like ​vaults, trading bots, and launchpools. I also hope BP will place greater emphasis on ​comprehensive risk disclosure. Many users—including myself—were previously unaware of mechanisms like ADL and lending liquidations. If BP can prioritize ​investor education and risk awareness, it will also serve as a form of protection for its users. ​These are my suggestions, and I sincerely hope BP can navigate this challenging period together with its users and emerge even stronger.
