Also when they asked for help from councillors to help, they failed to help. The same as local MPs ignoring @EalingLWA Ealing Labour and Peter Mason don’t care.

As well as unfair it's shortsighted because people will leave. Retaining staff is an impt aspect of HR. Recruiting and training new staff constantly is expensive and not efficient.

Here's some potentially exciting news for Ealing town centre: A new multi-million pound office redevelopment led by British Land - called The Broadway Connection - could deliver around 3,000 new jobs for our borough, as @_petermason and @cllrshitalmanro explain in this video.

We said in our election material that we would start by paying council workers at least £15 an hour. Mason's track record is one of consistent failure, with the only person to benefit being himself.
