Unfortunately, I tested positive for COVID-19 today. I'm disappointed to have to miss critical work on the Senate's NDAA this week in Washington. Consistent with CDC guidelines, I'll quarantine at home and follow the advice of my doctor while I work remotely.

FOIA is going to be my new pet project to get information and data about @USCIS and other government agencies (looking at you @USDOL) It can be a useful tool for those that need to do some digging into their immigration history or for information about operations.
The US embassy in Beijing has cancelled all non-immigrant visa interviews from May 8th - May 12th without a heads-up. They asked applicants to reschedule new appointments, but this is not acceptable since: 1. Rescheduling visa appointments can take weeks to months, 1/2
Apparently @USCIS @USCISDirector “has raised serious concerns” after fighting hard with people who sue to warn them. And apparently they have the data, and just DID NOTHING. And REMEMBER, you still hurt people “only those who follow the law” unless you do it before it happens!
