@digitalocean Still nothing to my third attempt to report/get a ticket number for reporting abuse, this time using a gmail address. Nothing in spam. This is getting silly. You're still hosting a fraudulent website six days after being informed. Are you regulated by ICAAN?

@digitalocean Can't find anything. Have reported again with a gmail address but received no automated email after an hour. Not sure why anything more is needed as info given in original report 5 days ago should be enough.

@AmazonHelp Your online help team has now agreed to receive the toy back and open an investigation/process a refund. As mentioned, I suspect someone in Mexico didn't get the toy they ordered. Thanks for your help (though it's frustrating I had to resort to Twitter).

@AmazonHelp I've asked her to give it one more go. It sounds like you haven't followed normal protocol, and thus feels like there's an element of racism in this. If you sent the pram, it wasn't my girlfriend who swapped it for the toy.

My Mexican girlfriend paid $1143 (incl postage) for @Bugaboo pram off @amazon in US for our newborn. When box arrived she found $80 toy inside it instead. We don't know if Amazon messed up or Mexican customs stole it but Amazon are refusing to help. WTF?

@Bugaboo @amazon Thank you. Amazon sold and fulfilled the order. The problem was at some point a toy was swapped for the pram. We can only assume it was during carriage/customs. Best
