Today, I am also slated to speak at the Urgent Debate. My statement highlights how Israeli victims of Iranian missile attacks are deliberately excluded under the terms of the debate. Again, proving my point from my censored video yesterday that the Council does not care at all about the rights of Jews or Israelis and that this blatant discrimination also harms Palestinians. I will post my video and statement here even if the UN refuses again to show it. 🚨THE REAL STORY (and it's not surprising) behind the FAKE Palestinian "IDF tortured a toddler" claim: The father is a Hamas operative who infiltrated Israel and took part in the October 7 massacre. He used his own 18-month-old son as a human shield when IDF forces ordered him to stop his vehicle - and he refused (knowing they were hunting him). A single piece of debris from an IDF warning shot caused superficial injuries to both the father and the baby. The IDF then gave the toddler food, medical treatment, supervision, and returned him safely through the Red Cross with a thermal blanket once the family was located. צה"ל על דיווחים אודות התעללות בפעוט בעזה: טענות חסרות בסיס, הפצעים שתועדו אצלו נגרמו ככה"נ מירי אזהרה לצידי הדרך לאחר שאביו השתמש בו כמגן אנושי כשהלך להסגיר עצמו. ובהרחבה - בתקשורת העזתית (וביממה האחרונה בעקבות זאת גם בתקשורת בינלאומית) דווח כי ג'וואד אבו נסאר, פעוט כבן שנתיים, נעצר יחד עם אביו באזור הקו הצהוב במרכז הרצועה. אביו נותר במעצר והוא הוחזר למשפחתו לאחר כמה שעות. בעזה טענו טענות קשות מאוד על התעללות, כולל זה שפצעים בגופו נגרמו מסיגריות. בצה"ל השיבו לי כי בחמישי האחרון אביו התקרב יחד איתו לחיילים ובחקירתו הודה שעשה זאת כדי שלא יפגעו בו. ירי האזהרה לצידי הדרך נעשה לאחר שזה לא שמע לקריאות האזהרה, ולפי צה"ל "נתזים שנגרמו כתוצאה מהירי גרמו לו ולפעוט פציעות שטחיות". בצה"ל הדגישו כי הפעוט קיבל אוכל טיפול והשגחה רפואית והושב לצלב האדום - כפי שרואים בתיעוד שהועבר - עם שמיכה תרמית לאחר שאלו איתרו את המשפחה בעזה. ע"פ צה"ל, אביו הודה בחקירתו כי הוא פעיל חמאס שחדר לישראל ב-7.10 והביא איתו את הילד כדי שלא יפגעו בו.
