@marksandspencer I also want to point out what looks like just a sticker has been put over the previous sign to highlight the change from 90 mins to 60 mins, so no clear/big signage that 60 mins is the new maximum. With Xmas in a few weeks, I’m sure many of your customers who will spend £100s 2/3

I had to wait for a space, wait for a click and collect parcel, do a weekly shop (£80), and queue for the checkout. Now I’m being penalised with an £85 fine for your lack of facilities and staff - won’t be doing my weekly shop with M&S anymore - disgraceful (2/2)

@hm_custserv I placed an order on Monday 5th Sept. On the 7th I got an email from Evri saying they had my parcel. Then on the 8th they said there’s a delay to my parcel and would let me know when it’s out for delivery. What’s happened to my parcel / when will I receive it?
