Perhaps instead of public speaking you could ensure that the service you're selling actually works. Worked perfectly from 2021-22.

@QuicklineUK We're experiencing awful service in my East Yorkshire area right now. Less than 1Mbps You're supposed to be saving us rural areas from our lack of connectivity but it's even worse than our previous provider! Tell us something of substance. No pointless platitutes.
