@TicketmasterCS Hi, I’m due to attend the Westlife concert on 6th August and not yet received any tickets. I was previously advised that the tickets from 2020 (it’s a rescheduled event) would be used can you confirm this? Thanks

@British_Airways I’ve now chased this complaint 7 times as has @jackmona5. Customer service is just laughable! We have also spent 40 minutes waiting for the phone to be answered on multiple occasions. How do we escalate this now? Absolutely ridiculous!

@British_Airways Disappointed with your customer service on every level. Raised a complaint over a month ago, chased it now 3 times and received no acknowledgement or response. Phone lines are useless, website difficult to navigate and emails are just ignored! Absolute joke!
