They DO NOT record or photograph people. They DO NOT have facial recognition technology. They photograph license plates & vehicles. They take that information & check & notify police of wanted or missing persons or stolen vehicles, etc. The END. Nothing more or less. They're also not the ones that issue tickets. This is not something you can spot-treat. You can never destroy them as fast as they put them up. This is something that must be banned outright by the government, the higher level the better. Luckily we have laws already in place called the 4th, 5th, & 6th Amendments.
