Last October, Jon Ossoff voted to shut down the government to give healthcare to illegal immigrants, blocking SNAP funds for hundreds of thousands of Georgians, delaying millions of dollars in Hurricane Helene relief for Georgia farmers, and throwing our country into turmoil. Today, he announced that he’s ready to shut down the government again to stop the Department of Homeland Security from detaining and deporting criminals he let into our country. Jon Ossoff repeatedly rubberstamped Biden’s open border policies that granted violent criminals access to America's sons and daughters. Now that President Trump and I are working to clean up his mess with the Laken Riley Act, Jon Ossoff wants to delay, protest and block. Once again, Jon Ossoff is siding with the radical left instead of sensibly working in a bipartisan manner to perform the most basic functions of government, like keeping citizens safe. Georgia deserves leaders in Washington who stand up for common sense, and will fight the California crazies and New York nutjobs, not do their bidding.

When I was in Minneapolis, I heard a number of crazy stories. But near the top of the list: A couple of off duty ICE and CBP officers were going to dinner in Minneapolis. They were doxed and their location revealed, and the restaurant was then mobbed. The officers were locked in the restaurant, and local police refused to respond to their pleas for help (as they've been directed by local authorities). Eventually, their fellow federal agents came to their aid. This is just a taste of what's happening in Minneapolis because state and local officials refuse to cooperate with immigration enforcement. They have created the chaos so they can have moments like yesterday, where someone tragically dies and politicians get to grandstand about the evils of enforcing the border. The solution is staring everyone in the face. I hope authorities in Minneapolis stop this madness.

What the fuck is wrong with you? You have no idea who this woman was. You have no idea what she believed. You have no idea what an actual investigation might show. A 37-year-old American citizen was killed. Her 6-year-old son has been orphaned. Her family and friends are going through the worst moment of their lives. They were generous to the poor, A) with their own money, and B) of their own volition. And yes, individual Christians and churches SHOULD do that!! 2) Although a thin social safety net for the most dire circumstances is permissible, there are *no* examples in the Bible of God commanding (or affirming) governments to take money from earners and redistribute it to take care of people in the Bible. Sometimes, people will (mistakenly) point to OT gleaning commands as an example of Biblical "welfare", but notice those are commands are given to individual Israelites. They are not an example of centralized government redistribution of wealth. There's a reason for this... 3) There is a difference in the Bible between the role of the individual and the role of the State. It is evil and harmful when an individual does the role of the State (i.e., taking personal vengeance for a crime rather than letting the State enact justice). And it is evil and harmful when the State does the role of the individual and the church (i.e., stealing from people via excessive taxation to take on the primary role of charity in a society in place of individuals and churches). It's harmful because with governments "you always get more of what you SUBSIDIZE and less of what you PENALIZE." This is why when governments do "charity", it tends to PRODUCE more poverty in that region rather than ALLEVIATE it over time, because the government has removed the incentives for hard work and ingenuity in society. (A good portion of the population thinks, "Eh, why get out and grind, the government will cover me.") And this is why it actually requires a form of evil and is very harmful for a government to be subsidizing 40M people (12% of the entire population) via food stamps.

You’ll see no hate from me. I’m just sad. I can’t let my kids watch your show now, since I’m trying to protect their eyes and hearts from the lies of the world—lies you’re now participating in. Also, filter out some of the online vitriol and consider taking to heart some of the substantive concerns and heartbreak from the Christians who make up your fanbase. We should love the sinner—that doesn’t mean we celebrate and promote the sin and participate in the multibillion dollar industry dedicated to destroying the family.

Why would I denounce it? I'm in support of a mutually acceptable, non-militaristic incorporation of Canada as the 51st state. The thing is what problem would you have with it? Do you now understand our gov structure? As a state Canada would have their own constitution and do as it pleases. Canadians would have less taxes, immediately, have access the the US banking system, adopt the world reserve currency, have more protections on free speech than what it currently has, a passport that I believe has more travel potential (I could be wrong), commerce would be more fluid and beneficial, full access to US markets, housing issues would likely be alleviated because more people could flow inland freely and buy property, and Canada wouldn't need to pay for military protection, which y'all haven't devoted funding to your military in quite some time. Yeah, you wouldn't be your own country but it's not like you would lose sovereignty under our framework. The only people that want to make the USA homogenous are the liberals that want to expand the federal government but the truth is that we are a constitutional republic with very strong local governments. Actually, your cities would probably gain more power over their own cities within the state of Canada. Again hypothetical but I don't see why there can't be an honest debate around the pros and cons. Oh you are worried about your healthcare, well that doesn't have to stop.. it can be a state-run program. Nothing says you couldn't do that.

Americans need to denounce this 51st state crap. It's too quiet. Your closest ally, Canada, is watching closely. And we are noticing that not enough of you are speaking up.

This 10-year-old U.S. citizen, who was traveling to a medical checkup with a swollen brain after recovering from cancer, was deported by Tom Homan’s pathetic operation because her parents were not documented. Nothing says “greatest country in the world” like kicking out a sick American child.

I have covered presidential politics for 40 years. This was the most juvenile display by a President and Vice President I have ever seen. Other presidents treated their enemies with more respect. This is a low point and a dark day for the US.
