@ExoGhost 1. because they can't sell bundles and warzone garbage in a remastered game. 2. They can't add sbmm 3. A remastered CoD would be a great game and for many people there would be 0 reason to buy their new slop.

@xpertfusion3 all CoD does now is milking zombies. They could make classic spec ops + survival or Extinction 2, but they stick to zombies instead. Gets boring every year

As much as I'm glad we got Infinite Warfare Zombies, this is still really cool and would've also been cool to see. I know I'm always saying Zombies should be in every Call of Duty, but what I really mean is that something as unique and interesting as Zombies should be in every Call of Duty, and Extinction did fill that void. CO-OP modes should standout from the rest of the game.

This was the pitch the team made for Extinction 2. What you see is maybe 1 or 2 months of work after finishing Extinction and all 4 COD Ghosts DLC in 2014.

@RasheedRiverol @NerosCinema they were simply better games even with some bad implementations - no sbmm - felt like classic CoD - good DLCs - good side modes - gameplay was more important than the shop - great campaigns and unique story MW2019 was carried by Warzone MWIII was carried by MP (ruined with sbmm)

@TheGeekFactor_ @NerosCinema I personally loved the campaign, the cliffhanger at the end sucked tho. MP had some interesting mechanics and if ttk wasn't that low + the launch maps wouldn't be horrible, Ghosts would be a solid CoD. DLC maps were fine. Shame Extinction didn't return. It missed a survival mode.

@Extinction2013 @NerosCinema Campaign has some horrible storytelling, in my opinion. The multiplayer was not mid, it was bad. And I fucking love ghosts. But come on let's not pretend here. Extinction was one of the only good things in that game. DLC maps were mostly good.

@PrimitiveAK I agree with everything except the zombies part, we don't need that trash mode every year. Let it be a Treyarch thing only. IW should do Spec Ops (actually a good spec ops like in MW2og and MW3og) or Extinction.

Since we’re still defending garbage on the TL, let me remind yall why MW2019 was completely fucking horrid garbage. Maps ❌ Doors ❌ TTK ❌ No Red Dots ❌ Visual Recoil ❌ No Dead Silence Perk❌ Overpowered tanks ❌ Tac Sprint ❌ Gunsmith ❌ Field Upgrades ❌ Strict SBMM ❌ Ranked System ❌ No Zombies ❌ Bouncing Betty’s + Claymores that you can’t see ❌ Absolute GARBAGE visibility with the greyscale hue. ❌ We had to literally bully the studio to add a minimap in the game by launch. And then they doubled down and released MWII which was literally the WORST fucking COD in my opinion. Miserable experience. Ground war was playable in 2019 for like a month then it became trash. Go on and tell me why this game was the “best cod” 😂

@LoochyTV MW2019 didn't revive the franchise, it was Warzone. I remember everyone hating on the game, because of how bad it was and when Warzone came out everyone came back, but mostly for WZ

MW 2019 was the best COD of the last 8 or so years and arguably top 3 all time. Respectfully I don’t care about what the pro players thought of it. -Best SND we’ve ever seen -Sound + Aesthetics were S Tier -Gunplay might be the best we’ve ever had -Gunfight -Warzone Camping DEFINITELY was an issue, I’ll give you that. The game had some maps that were abysmally slow. BUT MW 2019 was literally a franchise revitalization moment for Call of Duty. It was grounded, it was gritty, and it reminded people of the old days of COD. After Infinite Warfare (2016), WWII (2017) and Black Ops 4 (2018)…and in the face of competition like Fortnite, PUBG, and Apex Legends dominating the streaming space… MW 2019 single handedly forced Call of Duty back to forefront of cultural relevance. I don’t give a shit if the game launched without red dots on the mini map, or Dead Silence being a field upgrade. Peanuts compared to what this game did for Call of Duty as a whole. MW 2019 gave COD a lifeline when it needed it most.
