@F3NationRuck Yesterday 32 men began Custom GRH 239. This afternoon 29 Pax from @F3Raleigh @f3capefear @F3ENC @f3carterico we're patched by Cadre JC and Heath. 44 miles, over 24 hrs, snorkel PT, leadership exercises, etc. were experienced by all. Great work men! @GORUCK
