@F3LacesOut @F3Raleigh A strong 7 PAX showed up this morning and came away even stronger…in weird places. A lot of hip exercises along with explosive and stabilizing muscle work to keep our injuries at bay, with the 2x400M backwards run being a crowd favorite. Good to be joined by @F3Pygmy.

@F3TonysArcade there has been a recent focus on good warm ups ahead of sprint workouts to prevent injury. I will lead us tomorrow in some strength building of the leg muscle groups that are less visited by running, but are also critical in injury prevention. Come join me!

I’ve got some Qs this week, most days at a N. Raleigh site. With TRR being 1-week out I’ll keep the running light. We will celebrate each day with the constant theme of 36. Each day will focus on different muscle groups of which I will not mix. I hope to see you out there!
