A competitive only nerf would be awesome, but unfortunately, even the higher end of casual players desperately need the aim assist. The 9-5 dad doesn’t wanna hop on the game and shoot trapezoids… To keep people happy (and spending) gotta let them shoot nukes for free. Video games don’t work without the casuals being happy

@ottrTweets @FuHektik You realize that the game nerfed aim assist a while ago right. The game has among the lowest aim assist compared to other games out there. This is part of the reason why the game is so hard. Besides the last two ALGS lanes have been won by triple mnk teams.

3+ years ago when we left Apex I said that the game would be a controller only game if left unchecked. At the time I'd assume high ish elo was 30-50% controller players. Now from my (anecdotal) experience, that number is significantly higher. Maybe 70%+. Insane.

Power booster needs to go. Fight timing around abilities has always been one of the best markers of good team. Baiting abilities, holding Qs & ults till the most impactful. Having them on constant cooldown detract heavily from a watchable consistent combat loop.

Well, I don’t agree with this. Take the playoffs. Need to be significantly reduced. Having 66% of the league make the playoffs completely diminishes the point of the regular season. The higher seeds will win anyway as they have for the last 50 years in the NBA. You don’t need more than 8 teams in the playoffs in the NBA. The cream will always rise to the top.

NBA needs a playoff mercy rule. First two rounds of the playoffs, higher seeds can end the series by winning the first three games. Go up 3-0 as the higher seed, series ends. No reason to prolong these series.
