Burger Money is a cryptocurrency token. Over the past 10 months i have been able to donate over $6,100 to help feed the hungry. Transparent donations to organizations like @feedthechildren, @nokidhungry, @StJude, @CMN_HQ, @NYHomeless, and more. All donations are made through @TheGivingBlock and are posted on BurgerMoney.org for transparency. I chose the @base blockchain because it is fast, cheap, and efficient. Anytime someone buys or sells $BURGERS it leads to hungry people getting fed. 🍔 Burgers launched from @flaunchgg. Where token creators earn pure $ETH which maximizes their ability to generate revenue. Over the past 10 months we’ve fed over 6,100 people, have gotten engagement from people like @0xCaps, @baseposting, @jessepollak, and even @cobie. I believe crypto can be useful, and I’m going to continue to use #CryptoForGood to make a real world impact.

Found out this was not an isolated incident. Dozens of major nonprofits have had their IP hijacked the same way on the same platform, where over 98% of tokens rug or dump. Why this matters if you are a nonprofit. 1. Reputation is your #1 asset after your impact 2. Trading on your name — even if it brings money — can destroy trust faster than it raises funds. 3. IP infringement is only applies if you take action to protect it. 4. Inaction can be just as bad as support. 5. 100% to charity is a misnomer. The platform takes fees on every trade but does nothing to protect you the brand.
