NEW: 18-year-old Jaylan Davis has been arrested in connection to the deadly Oklahoma lake party shooting over the weekend.
Police say more than 80 rounds were fired after an argument between two women escalated into a clash involving rival gangs.
One woman, 18-year-old Avianna Smith-Gray, was killed while 22 others were injured.
The suspect is now facing a felony murder charge as investigators piece together what led to the eruption of violence.
