@GBrayUT @JimmAngel @chainguard_dev This is a great workaround but I would like to debug the existing process/fs and not spin up a new instance.

How are people debugging @chainguard_dev images? I'm trying to see the nginx config but using a debug container I don't have access to '/etc/nginx/conf.d' nor can i dump it with 'nginx -T'.

@stefanprodan @JimmAngel @chainguard_dev You could clone the container and swap out the image to be the dev version: kubectl debug ... --copy-to=my-debug-instance --set-image=nginx=...:latest-dev

@JimmAngel @chainguard_dev Let me rephrase it. How do you debug things in production where you shouldn't be using the dev images, so no bash installed. I thought that the debug container would work for the Chainguard prod images.

What question(s) would you ask during an interview (new team at work, different company) to cut through the facade and figure out if they really have a good environment? Someone just asked me, and I responded with "ask about the last person who left, and why." Other suggestions?

@rseroter My favorite is "If you had a magic wand, what problem would you use it to solve? What is your current biggest pain point?" The phrasing helps make it easier for them to answer truthfully/directly. Also works well for panel/multiple people providing specific examples or insights.
