Without head-to-head trials, it's hard to make inferences about efficacy w/certainty, but the drop-off is noteworthy for this vaccine (62%) compared w/ @BioNTech_Group and @moderna_tx (~95%). A claim of "up to 90%" based on a subgroup that is peculiar (??"priming") doesn't help.
