@NancyMace A state has to run. It takes money to run. My state (Tennessee) doesn't have an income tax, but it has sales taxes as high as 9.75%. Our property taxes are low, but we don't provide many services to our population. Your question is not a good one for someone who wants to govern.

Which would you prefer? Eliminate the state income tax or property taxes? Please pick one (although truth be told I want to do both).
