Pathetic system @MCF_Faridabad , i raise complaint more than a week ago on swachhata app regarding over flowing sewage but no response, Faridabad system is fully corrupt, @sdm_faridabad gali no-2 , Jawahar Colony sewage is choke from 1 month. @DC_Faridabad

@GoibiboSupport @goibibo I don’t know what’s your team SOP but still I didn’t get the refund even after written confirmation, Mohini also committed me 24hrs TAT but again fake hope, I strongly not recommend @goibibo to anyone.

@makemytripcare @makemytripcare nandita, if flight cancelled by airlines and i didn’t travel anywhere so what’s the purpose of travel insurance? Is this make any sense of deduction? Kindly refund ASAP

@makemytripcare Why did customer suffer problems in between airline and agency? Check the @airindia tweet as they already confirmed refund. Refund my money back as it’s clear cancellation from airline, why you didn’t take regular follow up and take my money back?

@makemytripcare @makemytripcare nandita , claim was raised on 6th march and it was cancelled by airline , what’s the benefit of aggregators if we have to wait just like normal TAT , why don’t you prioritise the customer urgency and push airlines for refund? Next time I’ll choose direct airline.

Pathetic customer care service by @makemytrip and @airindia ,due to war situation flight cancelled by @airindia but @makemytrip didn’t refund money still. In this situation they should prioritise the matter but only restless and robotic answer on customer care.Avoid @makemytrip

@goibibo Mr.Bakshi gave fake hope, I missed my @IndiGo6E flight due to war situation in Dubai my flight got delayed I shared proof to @goibibo and on counter at airport they committed refund the same but now not getting response from @IndiGo6E @goibibo , avoid @goibibo @IndiGo6E
