@lufthansa we were advised to make alternative arrangements during the night which we have, now it is telling us the flight is rebooked for the next day but already paid for alternative arrangements, phone line busy and chat assistance refuses to even get me in the queue. Help?

@ScotRail How does one purchase an Open Return from Edinburgh to Falkirk? App is just showing Open Day Return but I need to travel back on the next day. Is the Eskbank trick the only way?

@ScotRail @TPLup_North Thanks, is there any issue with using the Eskbank trick? (I.e. booking from Eskbank but not actually travelling the Eskbank-Edinburgh, and just travelling Edinburgh to Falkirk)

@TPLup_North @Galaxy_2Alex Open returns aren't available Edinburgh to Falkirk. Typically open returns are only available on longer journeys of around 50+ miles. ^Ste

@Galaxy_2Alex @edintravel Hi Alexander, unfortunately, bearing in mind the number of ongoing works carried out by different contractors across the city, we are unable to update individual bus stops for temporary closures on the app.

To accommodate festival events, these citybound bus stops will be closed from Thurs 14 Aug for ~1 week: 🚏 Tollcross, outside the Cameo Theatre (no temporary stop); 🚏 Lothian Road, opposite the Usher Hall (temporary stop at Run 4 It). #edintravel

@BarclaysUKHelp The problem is that their phone provider is having issues it seems, and transactions are being declined as a result of that. They want to ensure such confirmations can be done via the app instead (like with other banking providers). Calls could be expensive too abroad…

@edinhelp Good Afternoon, both southbound Surgeons Hall bus stops have been closed with no temporary stop, can you advise the length of this disruption and reasons for lack of temporary stop (I.e. in front of Tesco Express as has happened in the past)?

@Hustler_Housto @on_lothianbuses If a time shows in minutes, it’s a tracked bus (and you can see it on the map above). If it’s the scheduled time it’s currently not tracked, probably best to assume for today at least that those are not accurate.

@TPExpressTrains 06:13 EDB to MIA, currently getting conflicting information if it will go to the Airport or terminate at Piccadilly, conductor and RealTimeTrains say no, while website says yes, can you advise?

@TPExpressTrains The conductor is currently advising that it is not terminating early but still going to the Airport. But starting to be uncertain.

@Galaxy_2Alex Hi there, if the conductor on board is advising then this is correct, I have also checked internally and it is terminating at Manchester Piccadilly. Our website can sometimes have a delay as new information is uploaded. ^Charlotte

There is now a ticket acceptance for tram travel with Lothian bus tickets.
