Why do you think you own the road? You're a freeloader as a driver - the sum of motoring taxes comes significantly short of the sum cost of motoring to society.

@Bikery1966 One of the least sensible things in the highway code. As a pedestrian if I see a car indicating to turn into a junction I will wait for the 2 seconds it takes the car to pass and then I'll cross the road. No hindrance and everyone stays safe. Common sense.

Most drivers still don’t get this and often enter side roads far too fast. We can change this with better junction design which naturally slows drivers down and by adding zebra crossings to emphasis who has priority.

Prius driver got a llittle confused and thought he was riding his moped. The truck gets in the way a bit, but you can just see the Prius on the outside at 8 seconds. A deserved NIP.

My husby and I went out to dinner last night, and the bill came out to $200. I left a $50 tip on the table, thinking that was pretty reasonable. Nobody has tried it yet today. Well, a couple of motorcyclists and cyclists, but I don’t stop those in case they fall off. They might be in danger, whilst drivers inside their 1 tonne plus metal cage are never in any danger.

How long can millions continue to ignore this for? It's unbelievable. I never would have believed millions would ignore the Sun being blocked; it really is surreal that so few care or are willing to even discuss or recognise that it is happening, which is blatantly obvious. A bleak future is en route while people keep acting daft and pretending skies like this are okay or normal.
