Skype ceases to exist in 2 months Me and my friends still use Skype regularly if we need to make international phone calls, not online calls, but PHONE calls, like calling US IRS or smth I wouldn't know where else to do that I can't use my phone for it cause would be super expensive Spinning up a basic website that works on laptop and mobile, that charges credits (not free!) and lets you voice calls anywhere probably gets you to $1M ARR in no time I think And there's 100% an API out there that already does that so all you need to build is a front end And you have 2 months to build it cause then Skype ceases to exist!

@Rob_FitLegacy I have exactly the same issue right now and physio advised same lowering exercise which is good. He also advised using wrist straps so you can still do pulling exercises. Means I can do rows and lat pull downs without hurting the tendons. Long slow road to recovery

Have been dealing with tennis elbow since September. A lot of people don't realise this, but tennis/golfer's elbow is a TEAR of the tendon that attaches muscle to bone. Tendons don't heal quickly. In fact, they heal extremely slowly. During the healing process you need to stop doing ANYTHING that causes the pain - otherwise you're just setting yourself back. This is painful (mentally). I haven't been able to do any pulling exercises for months. I felt it tear initially while doing dumbbell rows. For the past 4 months I haven't been able to do rows, pull-ups. pull-downs, biceps curls etc. Instead, I've been doing eccentric dumbbell wrist extension exercises. Placing my forearm on a table with my hand dangling over the end (palm down) and slowly lowering a light dumbbell, using my other hand to move the weight back to the start position. Like anything else, this needs to get near failure and be progressed (more weight/reps) over time. Tendons respond well to this kind of eccentric loading (they need to be strengthened). I'm FINALLY at the point where I have pain-free range of motion in the elbow. Now I will (very slowly) start testing the waters with some light sets of pulling exercises.

This is my favorite knife I own— the Misono UX10 Santoku. I have 3 chef’s knives (and have used dozens) and this is the one I reach for 90% of the time. The santoku is a Japanese-style all-purpose knife, and it lives up to its name. The Misono is very fairly priced in my opinion, and it has the lightness of a Japanese blade with a western-style handle that I really like. If you’re in the market for a good chef’s knife I can’t recommend this enough.
