Yesterday I was at Belapur District Court for a matter pending since 4 years - I requested permission to speak to the Hon Judge - told him that in the last 4 years we have got 49 dates and still there no progress - It was a plea to direct the police to file an FIR and investigate since Police have been acting indifferent….. he confirms he will pass the order the same day and upload - and then what do I see in evening? “Parties and Advocate Absent” and it’s postponed to May 2026.
