Bought a 25BRAND NEW JGC L three weeks ago. After 1,400 miles the car came to a stop with what sounded like a blown transmission. Car was towed to the dealer who didn’t even offer to pay the tow. The car has been there since Saturday with little details. BUYER BEWARE ON @Jeep !

We had the misfortune of having a @progressive insured run a stop sign, obliterating our vehicle. They may have the worst customer service on the planet. We are 48 hours post accident and I’m the only one working the claim. I don’t even know who the adjuster is. #ripoffreport

@progressive @ijournal @RipoffReport When I did hear back from a manager she said the adjuster had been out of the office. No backup plan apparently and no out of office message or associate working the file. Be careful dealing with this company!

@progressive @ijournal @RipoffReport As a follow up to this @progressive did accept liability after me doing most of the leg work reaching out to them. Their adjuster has barely responded so far and forgot to approve the rental and enterprise told me they also can’t reach progressive to get it approved.

customer service did call me after posting. She couldn’t tell me when my car may be taken care of. I gave her a range of 3 days or 3 weeks and she couldn’t commit to narrowing down a range! @ConsumerReports @ijournal @progressive @CIDNEWS @ctnewsjunkie @ConsumerRights
