🚨#BREAKING: Numerous people are now questioning the authenticity of the recently unclassified UFO material released under Donald Trump, with critics alleging portions may have been manipulated using CGI or visual effects. Others are calling the release a deliberate distraction aimed at diverting public attention from other major issues and events.

@davidpattersonx $30,000 is far more impactful to someone making 100k vs someone making 10x that amount. Progressive tax is correct, but should be low. The poorest pay 0% The Richest pay 22% Never exceed 1/4 of someones income.

If taxes were fair: You earn $100,000 per year and pay $30,000 in tax. Your neighbor earns $1,000,000 and pays $300,000 in tax. Your neighbor is paying 10X more than you. If taxes were fair, you should both pay $30,000, since you both receive the same government services.

Stop telling young people to “build wealth in their twenties” when they can barely build a sandwich. Cars cost fifty thousand. Degrees cost fifty eight thousand. Rent eats eighty percent of their check. What exactly are they supposed to invest after buying gas, food and a broom closet?

@LiberalLunacy47 @SusieM414141 No. Scum of society are people who don’t know the laws and try to make it up as they go. Or people who have selective rage - mad someone is pointing a camera their way but completely fine with the hundreds of cameras inside and out of literally every establishment.

These First Amendment auditors recording in public are becoming rage baiters. It’s almost like their entire mission is now to create lawsuits. Where do we draw the line on the 1A issue? We all stayed quiet about the paparazzi, but now it’s everyone’s problem.
Suzee Q@SusieM414141

Who is right? This man went to a dealership to get some paperwork, but it turned into a possible assault lawsuit. The employees got in his face and appeared to push or assault him when they found out he was recording. Does he have a right to record in their business? Even if he doesn’t, they can’t assault him over it. This will most likely end in court.

@SusieM414141 And for those upset by an auditor pointing a camera at someone in this scenario…realize there are likely several cameras recording from inside. Literally every establishment has them. Thoughts on that fact ?

@SusieM414141 You may not like their style, but they serve a vital purpose in showing how people don’t understand the laws. Further, it exposes cops who make shit up as they go and should know better. Thank god for people with cameras. Imagine how bad cops were before the scrutiny.

@Jseegz425 @FeloniousCazz @MetamateDaz What are you even talking about? You don’t need to live in the big city to make $. People do just fine in the small city/rural areas with real careers. May be time you get some perspective.

@FeloniousCazz @MetamateDaz These things aren’t abnormal in a large city. Unfortunately this has become the tradeoff - live in a city and have a real career or get paid nothing and have a dumb career in the middle of nowhere but have a lower cost of living. Roommates and public trans can lower this though.

I wish more people understood $4 coffees and avocado toast isn’t the problem. It’s the: – $950 car payment – $300 credit card bill – $2,800 daycare –$800 student loans – $4,400 rent This is why most supposedly well paid job feel like a struggle.

@MetamateDaz And all those costs are due to choices. Make the right choices and there is no problem. Plenty are making the right choices and living just fine.

@particular_flow @shaguncrypto not as clever a reply as you think 400K is not much of a home anymore so if you don't buy then you have to pay rent and that keeps up with the housing costs. plus you gain no equity. Then everyone wonders why people are no longer having children.

The median American earns around $60–70k a year Someone explain how they’re supposed to afford: A $400k home A $50k car Rising insurance And everyday bills Not even including savings or investing Just one logical answer.

@shaguncrypto It’s called choices. Not that hard to do. I know plenty making less than that doing just fine. Most unfortunately are living above their means. Wants vs needs. A 400k house, 50k car is not a need. Maybe get a grip.

@DetroitDaveCell @WallStreetApes No he’s saying people have choices. Don’t bitch about something you full well knew was an issue before you got into it. Can’t say I feel sorry for someone who had every opportunity to steer their lives exactly how they wanted it to go.

Bullshit. Interest rates on student loans are completely normal. What's predatory are the tuition and costs. THAT is what has exploded over the years. But here's the question that arises: if you were smart enough to complete medical school, why weren't you smart enough to run the numbers before you headed down that path? You and your parents both just trusted to luck? And now the rest of us are supposed to do what, exactly? We used to say "learn to code" in this situation but that's out now. We've got bigger problems than that. But people choosing college very unwisely is not one of them. You were all lied to about EVERYTHING in primary and secondary school. Everything. And now the real world doesn't look like the lie-world you were taught about. That's terrible. You should be pissed. But all the people you want to blame aren't to blame, except in the general sense of being members of the society that did this to you. The teachers are the ones who lied the most to you. And they were lied to as well, by their teachers. All of us outside the school system are just trying to get through life, and recover from how we got screwed by the schools. Good luck to you all.

American medical student just did “horrifying math” on her student loans - Her amount due is $396,945.67 - Annual interest rate: 5.875% - Monthly interest accrual: $1,943.38 Her monthly resident paycheck is $4,054.98 HALF her income goes to just interest… She says if she pays nothing toward interest, the loan would grow to roughly $600,000 by the time she finishes residency Interest rates on student loans are predatory and should be illegal. This is usury

I received an automatic "Out of Office" reply from a third-year associate. It said she was "unavailable" for the weekend due to a family reunion. I was confused. I thought she worked for me, not the post office. I called her personal cell immediately. She didn't answer. So I called her parents' landline. I found the number in her background check file. Her mother answered. I told her it was an emergency regarding her daughter's future. The associate called me back three minutes later, breathless. She asked if she was fired. I said no, just missing in action. She spent the reunion refreshing her inbox every 30 seconds. Availability isn't a setting in Outlook. It's a lifestyle choice.
