So I was wrongfully banned on Apex, I have never cheated a day in my life. I have been grinding aim labs since moving to keyboard and mouse and played a considerable amount of time on the game. After appealing I got a bot response saying that it was due to 'Gameplay enhancements'

@RedSpoder Sir I got falsely banned on a 2k hour account with 17 heirloom on it which I played on since day 1 of apex legends invested tons of money into and had a bad kd of 0.89 with an avg dmg of 400 per game and you guys are not trying to do anything to fix it there is no one to talk to

For those that keep talking about IP bans. Banning cheaters by IP sounds like a simple solution, but it's unreliable. Cheaters can easily mask their IP address using a VPN or a proxy service, effectively circumventing the IP ban. The bigger issue is that most IP addresses are shared or dynamic. For example, if a cheater is identified and their account is banned along with their IP address, an innocent sibling using the same IP could also be banned. Now we mistakenly banned an innocent player because someone in their household got the IP banned for cheating. Dynamic IPs complicate this further. Depending on your internet service provider and contract, you might have a dynamic IP. This means each time your router connects to the internet, a different IP address might be assigned. However, this doesn't mean the IP won't be reused. An IP used by a banned cheater could later be assigned to an innocent player later on, who would then be mistakenly banned for using the same IP address. That doesn't mean we don't have other ways to identify returning cheaters.

@Adumbs_Bananas I decided to go all in on HUT last year for the first time in over a decade. 6 weeks in I was like top 5 richest no money spent players in the game with arguably the best roster in the game. Then they banned me thinking I was cheating and denied my appeals twice. Fuck EA

@JMaine518 This is why I care. It doesn't matter why the ban happened, the licenses should be one time transferable from a banned account to a parent or new account. They litrually said, losing his games is his punishment for Tos, which was group chat arguments, all reporting, all banned.

Help Help Help.... I was wrongly permanently banned for cheating in R6 (TOS), probably by PingWIN. I’ve been playing this game for an insanely long time, 10+ years. I love and hate it like you all do, I’ve never cheated or even thought about it. How can I get my account back.

@EA HELP! I am stuck in a loop of “support” that is absolutely not working or supporting me. Hacked account… then banned and emailed today that I was banned AFTER explaining it wasn’t me and I was hacked. Is there not a live number to access?!?

Hello @EAHelp. I’m from Türkiye and I’ve been playing Apex Legends for years. After work, I usually spend a few hours playing with my friends because I genuinely love this game. My account was permanently banned for “Gameplay Enhancement,” but I honestly don’t know what specifically caused the detection. The only thing I ever used was a jump macro in Logitech G HUB, and I’ve already removed it. I never intentionally used cheats, aimbots, or wallhacks, and my PC scans clean with Kaspersky. Could you please tell me if the macro could have been the reason, or if there’s any way to get more clarification or another human review? Thank you.
