Been over a week and still no acknowledgement from @British_Airways over a flight delay claim. Poor communication on the day also

@parcelforce was due a delivery today and got a text to say delivery was attempted. It wasn’t attempted and no card was out through the post. Can’t get through to anyone to get an explanation and to actually have a driver deliver today as scheduled

@newagepixie @nsandihelp @AskNationwide Found NS&I told me Nationwide are slow to send the cheques and Nationwide saying NS&I slow to process! Doesn’t help at all. Who will compensate for 2 months of loss interest also? Nationwide couldn’t confirm where the cash was sitting as it hasn’t left them yet, very worrying

@Gsappal86 @nsandihelp @AskNationwide Nationwide also told me that NS&I should have requested new cheques 4 weeks ago if they hadn't turned up.

So sick of @nsandihelp now. Have tried to call several times to find out where the hell my kids money is. Opened accounts in August. They transferred funds from @AskNationwide in September and only one of the three accounts has had their money transferred! Over £1500 is missing!
