🚨USPS HANDGUN UPDATE🚨
ATF and USPS recently told a GOA FFL member that mailing a customer's handgun remains prohibited.
USPS also threatened to charge them under the same statute that DOJ's Office of Legal Counsel said was unconstitutional.

We just filed our response to USPS's handgun mailing ban! DOJ is trying to wiggle out of this suit by pointing to a recently issued opinion that admits the law is unconstitutional. We explained that the Postal Service is STILL flatly refusing to let gun owners mail handguns.

The 8th Circuit vacated a conviction for “illegal possession of a machinegun” in a case where GOF & @gunowners filed an amicus brief.
The court held that Chief Wendt lawfully possessed the firearm “under the authority of” the State of Iowa at a community shoot.

It's the unvetted immigrant loophole.
