I never run out of content to post anymore.
Built an automation that monitors 50+ news sources, scores articles for relevance, and writes social posts automatically.
It finds trending topics in my niche before they explode everywhere else.
Saves me 15-20 hours monthly and keeps me ahead of every trend.

This backlink outreach strategy gets me up to 70% reply rates. 👀
It's one of the easiest ways to get legitimate, niche-relevant backlinks without paying a cent..
Review Links 🌟
How does this strategy work?
Email the sites in your city, industry or niche (not direct competitors) and offer to give them a review in exchange for a backlink.
Why does it work so well?
Everyone needs more reviews.
You need more backlinks.
Win-win..
Comment "REVIEWS" to get the exact 3-stage email series I use to get free backlinks using this method.

If I had to make $10k/month with SEO or I'll be homeless
This is what I'd do (bookmark for later):
1. Scrape local businesses - think roofers, med spas, lawyers.
Use Localrank Leads (Obviously).
Bonus if they're already spending on on Google Ads = they’re warm.
2. DM/email them this offer:
"Hey, I noticed you're running ads. I just checked your organic rankings and found some issues. Mind if I send it over?"
3. 20/100 will say “Sure.”
Now use the Localrank's SOP
- Add review system (eg. Localrank Review Booster)
- Build citations
- CTR hack walkthrough
Bonus: Include a Loom audit + Localrank .so for that wow factor
4. Send it. They’ll be shocked no one told them this before.
Sign a $1.5k/month deal to do:
- Reviews strategy
- Localrank Local Boosts (citations, PBNs, links)
- Weekly GMB posting + review responses
- Weekly Localrank reporting
Get 7 of these clients = $10.5k/month.
And the work?
Set it up in 5 days, then 90% of it is handled by automation (Localrank, VAs, templates, SOPs).
You’re not selling SEO.
You’re selling a DFY solution.
It’s never been easier to become the middleman and win.
By the way, we wrote a 108-page cold outreach ebook on getting your customer, comment "LOCALRANK" + bookmark this post and we'll DM it to you for free (must be following).

@AllGasSeo No LLC (🤨 I know) just an agent in personal capacity affiliated with a brokerage
English

@GunkelNic if he has an LLC just have him file a DBA as his keyword
Then the GMB would be KW | Name or Kw - Name
English

I dont care what the big G says, exact matches are still such a hack both in the GMB space and on the SERP.
Was doing some research for a new client yesterday and there was an exact match GMB with 3 reviews outranking a company with over 400 reviews with 4.8 stars.
& they will continue to work no matter what google says
English

@pt2078 Enjoy guessing where these places are when I see localdominator images. Dabbling in this space myself, but clearly still got lots to learn. Thanks for the quick reply.
English

@GunkelNic Thanks! How’d you come across this?!
Good q's: There's "tricks" to get them indexed, & it's been proven a lot won't stay indexed long term, starting from 0 we'll front load a lot like this
Consistency is key. Build ~15+ Web 2.0 links and/or citations per month to keep momentum

@samuelthompson @canva @Hopper_HQ 🤩 thank you for sharing your approach and actually including the account name! Have you ran any promos yet or done any other monetization strategy?
English

@jakeradercpa Amazing, @jakeradercpa! Thank you for showcasing your portfolio. I am particularly interested in the bookkeeping business. Who makes up the bulk of your clients and how did you land them? Love to hear more if you are open to sharing.

@mhp_guy What’s up with Idaho and Oklahoma? Any theories why it is more popular in these states?

I just discovered a new untapped home service vertical that is printing cash on repeat.
- Minimum job sizes of $1,800 - $5,000
- Google Trends graph up & to the right
- 35+% net margins
- CHEAP top of page bids on Google Ads
- Way more demand than supply
- Low startup costs
What is it? Lawn leveling. Much thanks to the below DM that tipped me off and sent me down a rabbit hole.
Crazy, right?
I found a lawn leveling business owner willing to come on my pod/YT and spill the beans on everything.
He's got no franchise or course to sell. It's just good content, baby! My mission is to get 1k of you to quit your jobs.
Subscribe at the links below to hear/watch when it goes live.
If you know of any other lawn leveling biz owners, please send them my way! Would love to chat with them as well!

@andy_wlker @BryanShankman @andy_wlker, thanks for sharing your insight on the pod! I noticed a small glitch on one of your client pages, sorry your DMs are closed - can we connect offline?
English

@MatznerJon @EndresenHeather I built a product like that but gave up on it.
English

@_toddanderson Thanks so much for sharing this! Hopefully gave some inspiration for future tweets :)
English

Yes, sir. We sure did :)
My first client was a family friend of mine who own and operate a diesel mechanic shop. My second client was a laundromat across from my house for $500 lol
From there, its been bigger and better contracts ever since. Never looked back :)
I need to do breakdowns on these all in Tweets eventually!

I'm 26.
12 months ago I was a regular guy with a 9 to 5 job.
In the past year I've:
- Opened a side hustle doing web dev & SEO
- Added about $200,000 of value in 4 months to a local business with SEO which significantly increased revenue
- Increased my first client's search volume by 40% within 6 months, achieving the second SERP spot in their category
- Spoke with a 500 million dollar company about getting a website my third week in business (contract pending negotiations now)
- Learned how to cold call and not get hung up on
- Found my mentor who is a record holding west coast salesman
- Developed a full-stack app integrating authentication, payment integration, a metrics dashboard, and over 30 pages of content, using Next.js and TypeScript
- Dedicated over 1,000 hours to mastering UI/UX design and design patterns
- Got my first consulting client on Twitter in 2 weeks of seriously posting on here
- Started building in public on X/Twitter and helping others
- Grew my X/Twitter audience by 50% in about 3 weeks from 95 to nearly 150 😅
- All while increasing my 9-5 income by 30% this year AND doing an MBA in less than 6 months
What I've learned: You are capable of doing 10X more than what you think your limit is. If I can do it, anyone can.
Over the next 12 months, I'll be openly sharing my journey to a six-figure business on this platform, and showing you how to achieve the same.
English

@_toddanderson Good for you guys! Did you do any free/discounted work in the beginning to establish case studies of your work?
English

@GunkelNic I’ve gone flat fee the whole way. I know what I and my team is worth 🔥
