@CostaCoffee Staff at your Ilford Exchange branch wanted wife to take mask off because they couldn't hear her. We were given stale vegan cake. Coffee went cold whilst waiting to return this & then advised this was our fault. Very poor service.

@Equifax I pay monthly for my equifax UK account.I have charges from you for 3 consecutive days for 7.95. 1 has gone through / 2 are pending. I rang yesterday- lady wasn't helpful. I don't want to be charged multiple times- the bank advised to contact yourselves. Please resolve!

@BritishGasHelp it's great that your engineers think that they can block my drive to work on someone else's house and I have had to park my car far away with two little children. Very very poor. Will report to council it van is not moved on five mins

@AsdaServiceTeam Needed to collect an urgent order. Got a message last night to say it was ready. Start work at 8 today, got to Asda at 7.50 and then was advised they cannot give it to me, I have to wait until 8. No mention of this on website or in SMS. Poor service.

@AsdaServiceTeam They advised click and collect doesn't open until 8 and they cannot cater for me being ten minutes early. I explained I had to be at work by 8 but they didn't care.
