There was no forced domain clash; she stopped him from opening his domain completely, which allowed Yuji to live and get off his sure-hit. Yuji's final punch was what finally split Megumi and Sukuna. Nobara prevented Sukana from opening his domain in time to force a domain clash and hurt him a bit. Yuji's domain was the thing that finally split Megumi and Sukana, ending the fight.

It was underwhelming. It didn’t do anything. The speech and dialogue between the two within the domain were nice and I enjoyed them, but the domain was useless. It didn’t even land the blow that truly weakened Sukuna; that came from Nobara. Its sure-hit is just a weak slash that didn’t even hinder Sukuna, and black flashes don’t amp domains.
